1. Authorization for Use

2. Services
HotelSite allows its users to exchange information. Users are able to provide own content in connection with an accommodation.

3. Term
These conditions remain in force as long as you use the services of HotelSite or are a member. Membership may be terminated at any time. With the termination of your membership you agree that all content of your account (information, photos, videos, content) can be permanently deleted. HotelSite is entitled to cancel a membership at any time without prior notification, even without giving reasons.

4. Registration and Fees
The use of the services requires a registration. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of his personal data and informs immediately about changes by changing the affected data in his account. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of his member information and does inform HotelSite immediately if he gains knowledge of unauthorized use of his membership account.

5. Use of services
The use of services is provided for personal use only and may only be used for commercial services when this was expressly authorized by HotelSite. HotelSite reserves the right to remove commercial content in its sole discretion. Unauthorized or illegal use of the Services, including the collection of user information, unauthorized use of information and the unauthorized use of external content is prohibited. Unauthorised advertising, unauthorized data collection and commercial links may be removed without notice and may result in termination of membership.

6. Content

HotelSite has the right to use, modify, remove, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute the content. This right is non-exclusive, paid and royalty-free.

7. Exemption
The user discharges HotelSite from all claims of any third party asserted against HotelSite because of content provided by the user. The user pledges his unrestricted support in order to hold HotelSite harmless against third party claims. The user is commited to the compensation of costs, including legal fees required through the use of third parties, to avoid any damage to HotelSite.

8. Liability for content
HotelSite is not liable for the accuracy and completeness of the provided content. The presentation of hotel details does not constitute any advisory activity. The users' opinions do not represent the expression of HotelSite.

9. Availability
HotelSite does not guarantee the availability of services.

Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction is Baden-Baden, Germany. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
